# Signal-grounded personalization

A reusable skill the "Personalize outbound with verified signals" recipe pulls in. Add it once and every agent on the team can use it.

Build each first line from one real, recent signal about the lead, never a mail-merge template.

## Method
1. Pull new leads added to the sequence in the CRM since the last run.
2. For each lead, search for one recent, real signal: a post, a hire, a funding round, a product launch.
3. Only use signals from within the stored signal window (days back).
4. If no signal is found within the window, do not fabricate one — flag the lead for manual write-up instead.
5. Draft the first line from that single signal, naming it specifically rather than alluding to it vaguely.
6. Hand the draft to Sequence voice, then to Claim verification, before it queues.

## Rules
- The signal window (how many days back counts as "recent") is set on first run, then stored in memory.
- One real signal per lead is the bar — never blend multiple weak signals into one vague line.
- A lead with no findable signal is flagged for manual write-up, never given a generic line instead.

## Output
One draft first line per lead, each tagged with its source signal and signal date, passed downstream for voice and verification.
