# DHM scoring

A reusable skill the "Catch what every competitor shipped this month" recipe pulls in. Add it once and every agent on the team can use it.

Score a competitor on Delight, Hard-to-copy, and Margin, each score tied to a cited source URL.

## Method
1. Gather this month's live sources for {{competitor}}: pricing page, changelog, recent reviews, job postings.
2. Score Delight: how much the competitor's product experience stands out to its users, based on reviews and changelog evidence.
3. Score Hard-to-copy: how defensible the competitor's advantage is — technical depth, data moat, integration lock-in — based on job postings and product evidence.
4. Score Margin: what the competitor's pricing and cost structure imply about their unit economics, based on the pricing page.
5. For each of the 3 scores, attach the specific URL that supports it — no score ships without one.
6. Where evidence is thin or absent for a dimension, mark it explicitly rather than scoring on impression alone.

## Rules
- Every score ties to at least one cited URL; a score with no citation does not ship.
- Score from evidence on the page, not from general reputation or memory of the competitor.
- Use the same DHM definitions run over run so scores are comparable month to month.
- A thin-evidence dimension is marked as such, not silently scored low or skipped.

## Output
Three scores (Delight, Hard-to-copy, Margin) for {{competitor}}, each with its supporting source URL and a one-line rationale.
