# Deck assembly

A reusable skill the "Draft the board and investor pack" recipe pulls in. Add it once and every agent on the team can use it.

Build this month's pack in the same structure as last month's, with the TL;DR at the top.

## Method
1. Open last month's pack as the format reference.
2. Match its section order, headings, and level of detail.
3. Drop this month's KPI narratives into the matching sections.
4. Build the one-page TL;DR: headline numbers and the single biggest change.
5. Check that every section from last month's pack is present in this month's.
6. Flag any structural difference before finalizing.

## Rules
- Structure follows last month's pack; don't redesign the format mid-cycle.
- The TL;DR is always page one, headline numbers only.
- Every section from last month appears again, even when the update is "no change."
- Save the draft for review — never send the pack directly.

## Output
reports/board/{{month}}.md — a shareable doc, TL;DR first, followed by the full pack in last month's section order.
